General Information

 

Location: Renaissance Indianapolis North, 11925 North Meridian Street, Carmel, IN;
317.816.0777. Room rate: $109, plus tax. Reservations must be received by Monday, August 9,
2010. Call 1.866.905.9619 to make reservations.

 

Continuing Education: Application has been made for ACMPE and AAPC continuing
education.

 

Fees: On or before August 15  Member: $90  Non-Member: $120

After August 15: Member: $140 Non-Member: $160
A member may substitute another person from their office. Registrant should include the name
of the member they are representing.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be received in writing by August 25, 2010. A $25
administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations
